My Top 5 Low-Syn Slimming World Treats!


If you are like me, the idea of a ‘diet’ where you can’t have chocolate or anything sweet is NOT sustainable. Not only are you allowed chocolate and sweets, you’re also allowed carbs! WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE! *all the heart-eyed emojis*.


Here are my top 5 slimming world treats for when the sweet tooth monster rears his ugly head! So, in no particular order…

1.     Maryland Cookie bites – 1 syn.
Perfect for that biscuity cravings! And at 1 syn a munch, it’s ideal for you tea-drinkers out there!



2.     Kinder choco-bons  - 2 syn
If you’re a fan of Buenos or Nutella, this is the one for you! Don’t let the size fool you. It is a real chocolatey hit!

3.     Mikado – 0.5 for normal, 1 syn for king size
Seriously, biscuit and chocolate. What is not to love! Also they're long so it feels more naughty than wee things!

4.     Milk chocolate fingers – 1.5 syns each
Childhood classic but be warned, they are very moreish!

5.     Muller light greek style yoghurt – 0 syns!
Like pina colada in a yoghurt. If you have an ice-cream maker I would definitely try it – Also possibly good when frozen? I haven’t so I don’t know but… coconut ice-cream? Yes please! Also try with strawberries. Amazing! Especially if you’ve had all your syns for the day!
